Returns & Refunds


We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us here at Enhanced Access.

If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. For all returns, we give you a full 30 days to request a return. This 30-day window starts when the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting a return, our customer support staff will contact you with return instructions. You must ship your return within 7 days of receiving these instructions.

If a product you receive is damaged during shipment such that it cannot be reasonably used or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately.

How to ensure full credit:
Initiate and ship your return within the specified time window.
Send the remaining portion of the product in its original package, and include all paperwork/accessories.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free. We currently use USPS for all orders. So we also ship to P.O. Boxes no problem.

Most orders are mailed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Exceptions apply if a product is on back-order, which will be duly noted on the product page.

Most orders are fulfilled within 72 hours from order receipt. Add an additional 2-5 business days to account for transit to your mailbox.

We currently only accept domestic orders in US.
